Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Because our products are handmade, some items may require additional preparation time.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and available shipping options.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your package.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order ships.

Shipping Address
